Santorini was developed around the 16th century during a volcanic eruption. Santorini was used as a hub for trade, agriculture, and pirate defense. Santorini is a popular spot for people to visit in Greece. There are many amenities there such as hotels, pools, high end beach side sea clubs, and culinary experiences. Santorini gets 3.4 million visitors annually. Many cruise ships even go to Santorini. I think Santorini would be a nice spot to visit during the summer time.
